RobinPad is a decentralized application on Robinhood Chain. These Terms govern your use of the frontend interface only and do not control the underlying smart contracts, which operate autonomously on-chain.

Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. No content here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any token.

All tokens launched on RobinPad are extremely volatile and may lose 100% of their value without notice. Perform your own research and consult licensed professionals before interacting with any token.

Decentralized finance carries substantial risk: total loss of capital, smart contract exploits, bugs, network congestion, frontend downtime, oracle failures, and regulatory action.

Tokens launched by third parties may be scams or fraudulent. RobinPad employs moderation but cannot guarantee any token's legitimacy. You interact with all tokens at your own risk.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Platform.

You must not be located in a sanctioned jurisdiction, nor be on any restricted-party list. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws.

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

RobinPad does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RobinPad and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. RobinPad cannot recover funds lost to scams, exploits, or user error.

RobinPad reserves the right to flag, hide, or delist tokens that violate guidelines or are reasonably suspected of fraud.

A "verified" badge indicates contract verification only — not an endorsement of quality or safety.

You agree to indemnify RobinPad from any claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

RobinPad may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
